Hellwig’s new forged rear sway bar for the new 2017 Ram 3500, 4500 and 5500 Chassis Cab trucks reduce body roll and improve driver control.
Visalia, CA - Hellwig Products, an industry leading manufacturer of towing, hauling and performance suspension products, released a rear sway bar for the 2017 Ram 3500, 4500 and 5500 Chassis Cab pickups. This heavy duty rear sway bar is designed to work with the factory front sway bar and will improve the handling and control during everything from daily driving to heavy duty towing and hauling.
The Ram Chassis Cab line of pickup trucks has been designated as the leader in heavy duty applications and commercial hauling. While the new 2017 Ram 3500, 4500, and 5500 models are the most powerful heavy duty trucks that Dodge has ever made, they lack a rear sway bar from the factory. Now, Hellwig’s upgraded forged sway bar provides drastic improvements to handling and body roll control, making the truck safer and more pleasant to drive.
Hellwig Products offers a 1 1/4-inch solid rear sway bar (Part #7767), which is designed specifically for heavy duty towing applications. The added rear sway bar works in conjunction with the front factory sway bar, which makes for the ultimate improvement for daily driving and tow/haul. This bolt-on upgraded bar is forged from 4140 Chromoly steel, heat treated for durability, and features a forged 3-hole adjustable end to allow you to tune the bars to your desired load and driving style.
Hellwig sway bars can be installed in a few hours with simple hand tools, come with all necessary parts and hardware, are made in the USA and come with a Lifetime Warranty on all steel parts. Helper Springs are already available for this application and air springs and sway bars for lifted vehicles will be coming soon. For more information on Hellwig’s 2017 Ram Chassis Cab sway bars visit www.HellwigProducts.com.
